As a Facilitator, you are invited to join us as we explore the "Nuts and Bolts" of developing
Personal Networks.
This workshop is intended for individuals who have been selected to serve as Facilitators for personal support networks. Facilitators will learn how to discover gifts, talents, and interests of our lifetime member. Practical how to's are provided along with strategies, tips and useful techniques.

FPN-NH will be presenting a panel discussion entitled "PEACE OF MIND FOR FAMILIES."
Loving, caring relationships are key to a good life. Without them, each of us would live a lonely and isolated life without much meaning. Yet, the truth is many individuals with a disability are living just such lives! This panel will discuss the role Future Planning Networks of New Hampshire plays in assisting lifetime members realize their dream of living a good life. When this happens, it brings peace of mind to families. During the panel discussion, we will explore what that means to all family members.

Manchester - Stay tuned for our spring Manchester Regional gathering as we begin to replicate across the state our successful series held last September and November in the Capitol Region
Seacoast - We will be rescheduling and expanding our workshop to be presented as one of our regional Out Reach Events.
Business Groups - FPN-NH is planning an Out Reach event for a number of business organizations in the Capitol Region.
